Beautiful apartment on 2 levels with 3 bedrooms, two with double bed, one on the upper floor with a sofa bed and direct access to the spacious roof terrace with beautiful sea views. The apartment is on the 5th floor.
The living room is equipped with a flat screen satellite TV with German program, integrated dining area and has air conditioning cold / warm, like a bedroom. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge / freezer, coffee machine, microwave with grill, water cooker, 4 cooking plates and a washing machine.
Restaurants, banks and shopping are all around. Mercadona and Lidl are within walking distance. The beach / sea is about 5 minutes.
On arrival the current is read off and on your departure you pay the actual consumption, 0,35 € / kw. Laundry packages 10 € per person.
